theplatformlog is where I write up the platform-engineering tools I'm building. Today that mostly means AI plugins for Backstage — both upstream contributions and net-new plugins on a fork.

Style I aim for in these posts:

• Build first, blog the journey — every code excerpt is from a really-shipped branch.
• No marketing voice. Direct, slightly opinionated, honest about rough edges.
• Linked to a public PR / branch whenever possible.
